产品描述：小鼠钥孔虫戚血蓝蛋白(KLH)抗体(IgG)酶联免疫试剂盒（CSB-E13374m）为间接法ELISA试剂盒，定性检测血清、血浆样本中的KLH Ab (IgG)含量。KLH Ab (IgG)是关键的免疫靶点。KLH（血蓝蛋白）免疫原性强，可刺激机体产生IgG抗体。其能激活免疫系统B细胞，使B细胞分化成浆细胞来分泌IgG抗体，可用于疫苗研发、免疫疗法探索及免疫检测试剂开发。主要应用于科研领域的小鼠模型免疫原性评估，包括但不限于疫苗佐剂效果验证、免疫增强剂筛选以及KLH偶联抗原的抗体产生动力学研究，可为免疫学实验中抗体应答的定性分析提供标准化检测方案。本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
