产品描述:CUSABIO试剂盒采用双抗体夹心法定量检测小鼠血清、血浆、细胞培养上清或组织匀浆中的嗜酸性粒细胞阳离子蛋白(ECP),该蛋白是嗜酸性粒细胞活化后释放的毒性颗粒蛋白,参与抗寄生虫免疫及过敏性疾病进程,可作为呼吸道炎症及过敏研究的重要生物标志物。试剂盒检测灵敏度达0.039 ng/mL,在0.156-10 ng/mL范围内呈现优异线性,标准操作流程约需3.5小时,包含孵育、洗涤及显色步骤。96孔板预包被高特异性抗体,配套提供标准品、检测抗体、显色底物及终止液,2-8℃可稳定保存6个月,避免反复冻融。适用于科研场景中评估疾病模型(如哮喘、过敏或寄生虫感染)的嗜酸性粒细胞激活程度,支持多种样本类型的平行检测,为研究Th2型免疫反应、组织炎症机制及药物干预效果提供可靠工具。
