产品描述：CUSABIO小鼠抗双链DNA抗体/天然DNA抗体（IgG）酶联免疫检测试剂盒（货号：CSB-E11194m），采用间接ELISA原理定性分析血清样本中针对双链DNA的IgG类自身抗体水平。该试剂盒通过预包被dsDNA抗原捕获样本中特异性抗体，结合辣根过氧化物酶标记的二抗进行显色反应，显色强度与抗体含量呈正相关，结果可通过目测或酶标仪判读。试剂盒包含预包被96孔板、阳性对照血清、酶标二抗、显色底物及终止液等核心组分，标准品与部分试剂需-20℃保存，其他组分建议4℃储存，有效期6个月。本产品适用于科研实验中评估小鼠自身免疫疾病模型（如系统性红斑狼疮）的抗体动态变化、病理机制研究或药物干预效果分析，为探索抗dsDNA抗体在免疫异常反应中的作用提供实验支持。

产品评价： 我用CSB-E11194m检测正常及SLE模型小鼠血浆中IgG的表达情况，1:10稀释后其OD值在0.19~0.649之间，测量的结果浓度较低。产品操作便捷，使用方便，说明书详细，但建议不同样本要进行预实验摸好浓度范围再进行大批量实验。
