产品描述:CUSABIO小鼠血管内皮细胞粘附分子1(VCAM-1/CD106)酶联免疫检测试剂盒(货号CSB-E04754m),适用于定量分析血清、血浆、细胞培养上清及组织匀浆样本中的VCAM-1含量。VCAM-1是一种跨膜糖蛋白,主要表达于活化血管内皮细胞表面,通过介导白细胞与内皮细胞粘附参与炎症反应和免疫调控,其异常表达与动脉粥样硬化、肿瘤转移等多种病理过程密切相关。该试剂盒采用双抗体夹心法原理,通过包被于微孔板的高特异性捕获抗体与样本中VCAM-1结合,经生物素标记检测抗体与辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)标记链霉亲和素系统显色,实现39.062-2500 pg/mL的宽泛线性检测范围,灵敏度达39.062 pg/mL,可在4.5小时内完成检测流程。该试剂盒适用于体外研究血管内皮细胞活化状态、炎症反应机制、药物干预效果评估等科研领域,为心血管疾病、免疫调控及肿瘤微环境等领域的机制研究提供可靠工具。
