Thanks for your reply. Okay, does that mean I need 100ul of serum sample? (I realize that dilution depends on my samples). If you can get any data on sample dilution that it would be very helpful.

A:
We tested undiluted serum and plasma samples before and the test value is 25ng/ml. The sample volume is 100ul.
You can do a pretest to confirm the optimal dilution factor according to your sample's situation.
