人补体激活产物SC5b9酶联免疫试剂盒（CSB-E12742h）为双抗夹心法ELISA试剂盒，定量检测血清、血浆、组织匀浆样本中的SC5b9 complex含量。SC5b9 complex即膜攻击复合体，是补体激活终末途径形成的产物。其插入细胞膜后可形成跨膜通道，破坏细胞膜完整性，使细胞溶解死亡。当下围绕它在疾病发生发展机制、药物靶点等方面的研究较多，为疾病治疗提供新思路。试剂盒检测范围为31.25 ng/mL-2000 ng/mL，适用于基础医学研究中补体系统激活程度的动态监测，如心血管疾病、肾脏损伤、败血症等模型的机制研究，也可用于体外药物筛选实验中补体抑制剂或调节剂的效应评估。本品仅用于科研，不用于临床诊断，产品具体参数及操作步骤详见产品说明书。
