Human anti glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) autoantibody ELISA kit

Per customer request, can you please provide the following information about this kit:
a. Capture antibody or capture antigen – immunogen type, sequence (including species source and accession no. if available),expression host, clonality and host species.
The customer also needs to know which isotype can be detected by the kit?
b. Detection antibody (if applicable) - immunogen type, sequence (including species source and accession no. if available),expression host, clonality and host species.
c. Standard – if recombinant protein please specify sequence (including species source and accession no. if available) and expression host.

If there is no detection antibody in the kit please can you clarify how the signal is created in the color reaction. Is there labeled antigen rather than a detection antibody?
The principle seems to mention the incorporation of anti-human immunoglobulin conjugated Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP). If this is correct then which types of Ig are detected, is it all of them or just certain such as IgG and IgM.

The customer specifically asked what isotypes this kit would detect. The answer to their question lies in the secondary antibody being used in the assay. Most commercial antibodies against Immunoglobulins will be specific to a certain isotype IgG, IgM, IgA etc.
I have tried to find examples of commercially available antibodies which would recognize all immunoglobulins however so far I have not been able to find any. Is the secondary antibody you use a mixture of antibodies that will bind to several different isotypes? If so do you know which ones?

Regarding your ELISA kit CSB-EQ027671HU, could you please advise what isotypes this kit is capable of detecting? All isotypes, or specific ones?
