产品描述:CUSABIO试剂盒采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附法,专用于定量检测人血清、血浆、唾液、细胞培养上清及组织匀浆样本中的中性粒细胞明胶酶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)与基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)形成的复合物。NGAL/MMP-9复合物在炎症反应、组织修复及肿瘤微环境调控中发挥重要作用,其表达水平与急性肾损伤、癌症进展等病理过程密切相关。试剂盒检测范围为0.313-20 ng/mL,灵敏度达0.313 ng/mL,可在4-5小时内完成检测,适用于基础医学研究中疾病机制探索、生物标志物分析及药物干预效果评估。提供的预包被板条、标准品及检测试剂经过严格验证,支持多种生物样本类型检测,为炎症相关疾病模型构建、肿瘤微环境研究及肾脏功能损伤实验提供高效工具。实验操作需配合酶标仪进行450nm波长吸光度测定,通过标准曲线计算目标物浓度,建议实验过程中同步进行质量控制样本检测以确保数据可靠性。
