CASZ1
CASZ1，全称为castor zinc finger 1，是一种锌指转录因子，也被称为Cst、D4Ertd432e、2410019P08Rik等。它在听觉毛细胞的命运稳定和生存维持中发挥重要作用。CASZ1在胚胎晚期至成年内毛细胞中持续高表达，而在胚胎晚期和幼年期外毛细胞中仅瞬时表达。研究显示，CASZ1在维持内毛细胞命运和防止其转变为外毛细胞中扮演关键角色，同时也在维持外毛细胞存活中发挥作用。此外，CASZ1的异常与多种疾病相关，如静脉曲张、卵巢癌和T细胞急性淋巴细胞性白血病等。目前，针对CASZ1的研究正在推动相关药物的研发，为治疗这些疾病提供了新的思路。

IHC image of CSB-PA773036LA01HU diluted at 1:100 and staining in paraffin-embedded human cervical cancer performed on a Leica BondTM system. After dewaxing and hydration, antigen retrieval was mediated by high pressure in a citrate buffer (pH 6.0). Section was blocked with 10% normal goat serum 30min at RT. Then primary antibody (1% BSA) was incubated at 4°C overnight. The primary is detected by a biotinylated secondary antibody and visualized using an HRP conjugated SP system.
